A flight of stairs leads to all our 6 rooms, situated on the first floor.
There is a pleasant rural outlook from each. room.
All our rooms have en suite toilet and bath/shower, courtesy beverage tray, television, and hair dryer. Ironing facilities available on request.
Car Park
The Car Park is brick paved with ample space for 8 cars, and may be viewed from within the comfort of your room.
Breakfast
Relax and enjoy traditional hearty English Breakfast in our spacious dining room. There is a varied choice of menu, something for many tastes. Breakfast is served 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. Earlier Breakfast is available by request. Home grown fruit often features on the menu, e.g. apples blackberries & raspberries.

Orchard Lodge is located on the Southern side of Scarborough in the village of Flixton, nestled beneath the Yorkshire Wolds.
Directions
At York take the A64 to Scarborough. At Staxton roundabout take the A1039 Filey road. Flixton is the first village. In the centre of the village turn left at the T junction. Orchard Lodge is on the left a short drive down.
